Is it a good or a poor idea to tell your current employer which firm you’ll be helping following? Negative concept. Bad idea.
Currently, there’s a number of reasons I believe it’s a bad concept. The very first one is that supervisor’s natural feedback, or that human resources individual’s all-natural feedback, is to claim, “You’re going to benefit them?” and try and discourage you from leaving. Since why do they really care where you’re mosting likely to function? Why does it matter to them, except to use it as a sales tool or to utilize it for information objectives? It’s not like they’re going to reverse and say, “You’re mosting likely to help them? You must be better than we believed. Wow. Possibly we ought to talk about you staying. Wow.” Does not function in this way.
Uh, so all they can actually do is wish you well or try and, , deter you from leaving by making it appear as though you’re going to benefit the dumpiest firm on earth and you must be an idiot for mosting likely to function there. So I’ll just simply claim, don’t tell them. Absolutely nothing excellent appears of it at all. Seriously, nothing excellent ever appears of telling a company where you’re mosting likely to
